Ilmington, a beautiful village near Shipston on Stour, was the perfect setting for a summer celebration filled with fun, colour, and community spirit. The day brought together families from across Warwickshire and the Cotswolds, and the sunshine made it one to remember.

The event was packed with excitement – a talented stunt rider wowed the crowds, the dog show brought plenty of wagging tails, and the Ilmington School raffle added an extra buzz. We didn’t win this time, but the real prize was seeing the community come together to raise funds for a wonderful local cause.

The real sparkle came from the children’s faces! Our professional face painting and glitter tattoos were a huge success, with families queuing up all day. From superheroes to butterflies, colourful designs and dazzling glitter kept the smiles going long after the paintbrushes were washed. It was lovely to see so many happy children and parents enjoying a touch of creative fun.
