This summer, I swapped face paints for foam pits and took on something totally outside my comfort zone – the Inflatable 5K at the University of Warwick in Coventry! Except… I didn’t run. Not even a little bit! 😅
Instead, I bounced, climbed, crawled and laughed my way through the 2.5K course, full of giant inflatable obstacles, slides, and foam-tastic fun!
What Made It Special?
I wasn’t just doing it for the fun (although that was a big part of it!). This bouncy challenge was also about raising money for a wonderful cause – and I’m proud to say we raised £60 for UHCW Charity, supporting University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire. 💙
These community events are a brilliant reminder that you don’t need to be an athlete to make a difference – just a little courage, a lot of heart, and maybe some very comfy shoes!
